Score !!!!! Steady as she goes. Nice healthy drop for me. In maintenance and want to stay between 165 and 170. Think I'm addicted to working out with my kettlebell, think that's even possible ? Defiantly know that strength is increasing and find myself throughout the day doing things like bonus planks and squats.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise can actually be addictive, but I don't believe a few extra planks or squats through the day will do you any harm. You're doing so well!
