Hi everyone! Very simple recipe!
Single serving.
Chicken thighs sliced.
(I used four)
,Half Onion
, Garlic
, Baby kale (whichever veg you would like)
Marinade; I used for the chicken was a Spicy Korean Kalbi sauce but go ahead and use:
3 table spoons SOY SAUCE
(low sodium if you have),
2 table spoons Honey,
Half Lemon juice,
Grated or thinly sliced Ginger
Black pepper,
Nuts (option).
Lettuce.
Cook chicken and move off to the side. Bring sauce mixture in to the pan and let the sauce start to bubble.
Now add chicken in and stir fry on med-high until the sauce is coated on to the chicken and no juices left.
The chicken should look coated and golden.
If that's not enough sauce for you. Add another tablespoon or more.
