i know 2# loss in one day is just water or whatever, but i wanted to record that i took my measurements this morning and i am down 6.75" total!! i take measurements in 10 places, so i have lost a little off of each area. i am feeling pretty good and going to try hard to keep up the hard work, eating whole healthy foods and pretty much no mindless snacking which is really the key for me!! one reason i am amping up tracking cals and making a big effort to trim down is because i got accepted into a dance performance group - and i want to feel more confident in my own skin for performing in front of people! i am on my way there!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
