Coming off of vacation I will definitely take that! Now to get back to business!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1815 kcal Fat: 61.19g | Prot: 37.61g | Carb: 292.49g.   Breakfast: Brown Sugar, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Pecan Nuts, Honey, Unsalted Butter Stick, Zurvita Zeal For Life, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Lunch: Chocolate Fudge, Strawberries, Oroweat Country Potato Bread, Jam Preserves, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz). Dinner:  Chocolate Covered Caramel Grahams, Best Yet Real Mayonnaise, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original. Snacks/Other: Vermont Country Store Peppermint Straws, IGA hot cocoa mix. more...
