I made 2lbs of london broil in the crockpot today. 🤗I forgot to take a pic😒 it was yummmmy. I measured out my potatoes and corn. I am so full.

You're right Steven. Today I weighed in at a loss of 1.6 lbs. I just weighed 3 days ago so I'm not going to log it but sure would be nice to see that come the weekend😇 I can't bring myself to do the HPs. Isn't that terrible!? It's like hello... 10 mins, I know it works, but I just can't bring myself to do them🤔😒 I'll do like 2 mins worth and say omg I can't do these. I'll try to focus more and prioritize. Hagd.

To be honest I do the HP only a few minutes... maybe two times a week. Only when I'm heading into swimsuit time do I up the intensity/frequency...helps get things tight without having to "suck in" the gut all the time ;-)
