I did it! I am unstalled!

I didn't follow my diet strictly yesterday. I caved and had Reese's Peanut Butter cups. I haven't eaten them in weeks (my excuse) but I did still stay within my calorie goal.

I will be heading to FL this weekend. The exciting part about this is I will be able to walk for miles in warm weather. AMEN! I am hoping that this will give me an additional weight loss by boosting my metabolism. Crossing my fingers for a healthy eating/ healthy living vacation.

Friends, what do you do to keep your metabolism going in cold winter weather?
211.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

I eat lots of spicy food! Hot soups with roasted peppers not only fill me up, they make me feel really warm and content, causing me to eat less....and the peppers help boost metabolism (albeit just a tad!). That, and I've found that I actually love starting my day in the gym. If I get my exercise out of the way in the morning, I feel much better and full of energy.
