Roofers came yesterday. 3/4 of the house is done. Over 20 years since I had it done. The guy does awesome work. Took quite a while take out the 18" round steel gas chimney. It was replaced by a 3" pvc pipe. The flashing for the chimney is being custom built because of the location of the new stainless chimney.
Frost every morning for the past 3 days. Forcast is first snowfall by Saturday. Augh!

What - no titanium chimney? Nice about the pound down. First snowfall is always exciting, no? I will play at the ocean in our 85 degree weather when I get off work in a couple of hours and contemplate the benefits of frost on weight loss...:)
