I am having a good trip. no breakfasts and lots of carbs but I'm pretty stable I think. My goal is maintenance while doing a deload. I'll pick up a little extra protein and try to keep that going. have to run for now. My son and his wife don't drink coffee. Not sure where I went wrong. I'm off to fix the caffeine deficit. if anyone ever inventsa coffee free diet I will hunt then down and kill them!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, he has essentially a full head of hair. More than grandpa. Love your comment h. I think we'd still be in the stone age without caffeine.
