Pretty good! I made some iffy choices this week (tiny amount of dairy and sugar in a protein drink, cashews, cornstarch in my meatloaf seasoning, and an extremely large diet soda last Sunday at the movies) so I wasn't quite sure what to expect in the weight loss department. I am not disappointed!
I start grad school again on Monday, and I am making it a goal to keep up with my WOE and my workouts despite the extra work and time out of the house in the coming months!
I hope everyone else has had a great week, and have a fabulous weekend!
215.4 lb Lost so far: 84.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am in grad school continuing a teaching certificate for nursing education in the university. I know what you mean about insisting on the exercise being part of it all. It really helps in more ways than loosing weight because it counters that cortisol released because of the enormous stress we are under! You are a great roll model for me, my friend!
