the weekend put 3 lbs on me... I stayed under 2500 a day.. but I ate french fries and too much bread. not only do I need to keep the calories low but I need to make better food choices..
216.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
