Hey Buddies! I'm doing my weigh in today as I will be away for the rest of the week. We're off to the lake again for some more relaxing, fishing, swimming and hanging out!

I'm just hoping things will be much better this time away and not like the last time. My son was sick and then I came down with strep throat. So fingers crossed we all stay in good health for some R&R!

I going to remember all things in moderation and to make sure I get out and move every day!
