Weighing less than last week is VERY motivating. It makes me want to come back here and tell everyone.

Welcome John. We're the same age, started this journey at about the same weight, and we set the same goal. It's totally achievable. I'm down 50 lbs since April. There's a lot of stories of success here and plenty of helpful souls on the same journey. Good luck.

John, Welcome to FS. The exercise gets easier as you lose weight. I suggest food as the main focus of weight loss, and exercise for mood and motivation. Commit to a strict Way of Eating (WOE) and try to stick to it. and commit to walking a half hour every day for starters. You can do this! The reward of losing the weight keeps you going!
