I took off what I forgot to eat (the greek yogurt) and the food I didn't get to make because I couldn't get the kitchen until to late at night. No wonder I'm so hungry this morning. only got 1200 cal yesterday. Although my nutritionist would be find with the occasional 1200 day. She gave me a 1200 cal option and a 1500 cal option. So I usually aim for one as a low and the other as a high.
