Feeling good this morning. Took a early morning walk and did yoga stretches this morning. Body pump this evening and early bedtime. I'm counting down the days until my vacation...8 days...
180.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
