Woke at 210.2, down 2.8 from yesterday. Last day of low cals and then I will get back to my 5:2 plan tomorrow but with slightly different macros. Had to eat a small breakfast in preparation for my meds this morning. Won't make my 1660 calories per day average for June but I will get damned close.
