Day 29 Whole30: First, let me thank everyone who has supported me while on this meal plan. Your encouragement and suggestions have been most helpful. I was asked how did I stop the sugar, well the fruit helped. I got a suggestion from this site to freeze my grapes and OMG I love the frozen grapes and fresh frozen blueberries are my go to when I'm feeling the urge for Skittles. My new motto is "Nothing taste as good as I feel". I feel extremely great since giving up the sugar and wheat. Also, I'm so use to planning my meals now I hope to be able to stay on this plan at least 85%- 90% of the time so that I continue to reap benefits.
