Not surprised. I always figure on a low only once per week. Feeling way better on the flexible dieting.

A new day; a new flag for consideration.

That's a bit ambiguous. Did you mean, "don't laugh at me, man", or "don't laugh at me, you guys"? I'm not sure. Definitely no laughing involved, whatever the case turns out to be.
