I am very proud. My blood test results are in. Cholesterol down 40 points. Triglycerides cut in half. Blood sugar is still higher than I want, but even it is reduced. My numbers are better now than they were when I lost weight three years ago on a low fat diet.
Keep going, and pretty soon that blood sugar number will even drop into the normal range! Go me!!
