I am very proud. My blood test results are in. Cholesterol down 40 points. Triglycerides cut in half. Blood sugar is still higher than I want, but even it is reduced. My numbers are better now than they were when I lost weight three years ago on a low fat diet.

Keep going, and pretty soon that blood sugar number will even drop into the normal range! Go me!!

Thanks!! @smartygirlCA -I don't follow any real diet plan - I just use Fat Secret to log everything I eat. For me, awareness of what I eat and accountability for what I put in my mouth every day is key.
