well I was away for few days on vacation and ate not great but it wasn't terrible so I am disappointed with this weight gain. I also had a minor surgery on my leg so I am hoping that some of the weight is swelling in my leg that should be going down this week.

I would like to be under 170 after July 4th but we'll see if that can be accomplished in 2 weeks!

I am really starting to think I need to go on another type of diet because I feel like Atkins isn't really working anymore and hasn't really been successful for many months now. Anyone have luck switching to a different diet maybe Weight Watchers??

175.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Though I try other diets, I always end up coming back to low carb. There really isn't much reason why it would stop working, but maybe there are certain things you can do in addition to low carb. You might try IF (if you haven't yet) - which can be as simple as not eating after your evening meal for another 14 - 16 hours. If you snack during the day, give that up and eat three (or fewer) meals during the day. If you use artificially sweetened items, give those up. Little tweaks can sometimes get weight moving again - in the right direction!

Those are some good ideas. I have been drinking diet coke because it summer and hot I'll limit that again. I don't usually eat after dinner because I eat a good meal so that one I am good on. I usually eat only 3 meals a day if I can get 3 good ones in with plenty of calories. Its harder in the summer when we are on the go and I am not at home making good low carb meals. I think I might need to cut down on the amount I eat. Do you have any experience with that? My calories on the site are still from when I weighed 50 pounds more, does it matter how many calories you eat a day or just keep the carbs around 20? Thanks for the ideas
