Woke at 201.8, down 2.0 from yesterday. No workout today but should get in a lot of walking once I get to my racing event. Have a great weekend, everyone! UPDATE: Had a great day at the track. Got my six miles in -- naturally -- by walking around. Got a wonderful surprise when my daughter Emily showed up! My sisters will come over tomorrow, so it will be more of the same. Ate a LOT -- they had a cookout for the racers and folks helping to put on the race. Ate a lot of chicken, veggie-based salads, and fresh fruit. Did not touch the sweets… but they were there! Oops, did have one piece of homemade fudge a friend offered me. Then after the day was done, went out to eat at Applebee’s with a good friend in a yearly tradition. Stayed with a steak and salad, so got away clean. Amazingly, burned exactly the number of calories I ate! No weigh in on the road. Will look at the numbers on Monday afternoon!
