Sprained my ankle, but it's on the mend I think. My jeans finally fit like they're supposed to instead of everything spilling out over the top like it used to. So that's good! Hopefully soon I can get back in the swing of things.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Clothes are a great way to measure progress!! Don't overdo and aggravate your ankle, just try to watch what you eat and do what exercise you can until you are healed!

Wean back slowly! Measuring is a much more accurate form of successes!! I stopped weighing altogether about 6 months ago. I get weighed at the doctor's office only...Of course, I have doc appointments a few times a month, lol...so it's not like I only weigh once a year. 😃 I used to be a slave to the scale, and weight myself every day, and be extremely frustrated!! Now, I'm happy to be weighed...
