Feeling super annoyed, insulted, and just plain icky right now...

Why anyone would feel the need to examine my diet.. make assumptions... and offer unsolicited advice is beyond me.

Yes... I have a history with bulimia.

I'm currently a few weeks away from a year in recovery mode.

No... I don't have jacked up teeth because of it.

I've always taken very good care of my chompers. Timing your barf and when you brush is paramount! 😉 My enamel is still intact and they are white af considering I smoked from 9-35. I brush, floss, and regularly chew sugarfree pink trident to prevent dry mouth.

I DO NOT NEED ANYONE looking at a couple days of MY food journal and messaging me saying I need to not be using lemon juice because of my teeth! Lol I hardly even use the stuff.

Like seriously, could you be anymore intrusive?

I wanted to have lemonade today and yesterday. More so today as I'm doing a 24 hour fast until 8 to try and kick out of this stall, and I didn't want plain boring water to start my day.

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiyyyttt... I may have more if I feel like it. Seeing as I'm a big girl now, that's really none of your damn business!

if you dont want unsolicited advice, make your profile private. Otherwise you open yourself up to it by being on a social media site such as this one.. its the plain truth.

Yeah no. By being open about my struggle has helped others in my same boat. I'm not going to censor my profile because someone doesn't know when to offer advice. I'm not that kind of girl 😉

You ARE more than okay! That IMO is thee draw back to using a public forum for recording exercise/diet/ life journaling... your putting yourself out there and some folks HAVE to fix it, assuming they know what "it" is :) Regardless, I really like keeping track of those things here on FS. I guess I've just gotten so old, I don't care anymore about opinions and I am quite confident in my chosen path for my version of recovery :) Any more cat stories ? ;)

It's not even fitness advice though... she's on about my damn teeth. MY TEETH!!! Have I ever once complained about oral issues? Nope! It's just insulting that some stranger is making assumtions and trying to tell me what to do about something that I don't even have problems with. Ya know?

Maybe someone will notice the Full throttle energy drink that I had this morning and tell me how terrible it is for me, and how all of that sugar is going to make me gain 10 lbs. ;)

Holy KWAP. I go fishing for two days and all heck breaks loose. Im happy to hear your adding IF to your plan now. PLEASE keep us updated on how it changes your losses and gains. Are you doing IF every day? Or is it just a one off?

Lol you guys! Yeah, people are nuts! People need tobe respectful and understand that our food journals are there as a tool for our benefit on our journey. My food journal is not up for debate... everrrr!!! My life, my choices, my body!!! Unless I'm ever at a point where I'm posting and asking people to examine my food journal and tell me where to make changes, then I really don't want to hear it. There's only one captain on this ship! Toot toot! 🚢

When I first started walking someone messaged me saying if I'm having trouble breathing I should stop walking and just switch to a vegan diet and pretty much wait out the weightloss. Like seriously? Don't exercise and go vegan? That's your advice? Obvi if I couldn't walk a block without feeling like I was gonna die... exercise is exactly what I needed. If you're that out of shape the only way to remedy it is to get your blood pumping and oxygenated on a regular basis.
