I am surprised I only gained a lb Thanksgiving. Actually I did not eat that much, but more than my body can handle. I eat about half of what my daily calorie recommendations are. If I eat what is recommended on a daily basis, I'll gain a couple pounds a week. I ate healthy, but more than I normally do. I did not get in my daily exercise except for walking. So overall not too bad. Now my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by Christmas. If so, it will be the best Christmas present I get. Good luck to all.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done minimizing the T-Day gain! If you're using the FS site's daily cal recommendations, then you DEFINITELY need to adjust down . . . you might try the calorie calculator on www.calculator.net or the one on IIFYM (if it fits your macros) . . . Good luck to you as well!
