Going to the gym (even for 1/2 hour) seems to be helping.
I walk every day at work. 15 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at lunch.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
