After my fun weekend, now I'm exhausted. Yesterday I was tired, but didn't realize how tired until I got home. I was physically and mentally just done. This morning I was going to try to get up and go for an early morning walk, but my sinuses were plugged and I had a terrible headache, so I opted for the extra hour of sleep. I think this is from being at the fair over the weekend and my allergies are kicking my butt now. Meds are on board, so hopefully I will nip this in the bud quickly because tomorrow I need to get my morning workouts started back up again.

I have good foods to eat today and I'm going to try to eat well this evening. I haven't been eating the best lately, and it's all about the effort I'm putting into it. I haven't been making the effort to eat better and plan healthy dinners, so I get out what I put in. My hubby is trying to eat healthier again, so maybe that will help, but he's never any help planning meals. He hates veggies, so it's difficult to make something healthy that he and the kids will eat. Right now I'm trying to stick to moderation, but my will power is the struggle there.

Well, here's hoping I can get some exercise and good eating in today! Have a great Tuesday!!
