ok ..I am doing well ...14 days in and no cheats. My sister was here for 4 days and we followed our eating plans really well. She has lost over 100 lbs in less than a year. (Ideal Protein). She introduced me to Quest Protein chips which are very good. I went to GNC and got more and some of the all purpose mix too. I have lost some, not sure how much because I don't want to weigh yet. I am in ketosis according to the ketostrips and have been for 2 days. I fell and banged up my knee again ,dammit. I landed hard on my left knee and banged up my right foot and knee too. I have pool therapy tomorrow so hopefully that will help. Today I cut the lawn and man was I sweating a lot. It was vey humid. I also spent about an hour clearing out part of the garage. tomorrow starts week 3 ....keep going!!!
