Started a new diet the end of June and loving the results. It's more of a way of life. Fast metabolism diet. I feel 100 times better!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Love my FMD. Glad to see there are others out there on MY Fat Secret who are doing Fast Metabolism with me. It truly works. I switch back and forth between FMD and 21 Day Fix portion fix eating plan. I have shrunk 4 sizes of clothes. How are you doing with your weight loss and shrinking?

I love, love, love it. I started the second week of June and have lost 30 lbs. She says don't focus on the weight so I try not to. I feel so much better. I used to get sleepy every afternoon at work and then take a nap the minute I got home at night. No more. And I've gone down 1 to 2 sizes in clothes depending on the maker.

Tamarh Jo, It's the Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomoroy. She's on Dr. Oz a lot. I started it because I knew someone who lost 30 on it so I trusted her. It's really about clean eating. No corn, white potatoes, white bread, sweets, processed foods. Back to natural as possible. I like that I can still have sweet potatoes and I can make sweet tasting things with the recipes from her recipe book and things others share on the FB support group page. It's free and then she offers a support group on her page but you have to pay for that. She also does free webinars which I think is great! Good luck! I highly recommend it.
