Sorry I haven't been on much for the last few days. (I've still been logging food) I've been in one of those moods. The ugh mood as I like to call it. The other day no matter what I ate I was still hungry, the next day I wasn't. TOM left finally. :) I really didn't lose weight this week. I haven't felt like exercising. I did do all my steps though. At least 11,000 per day. Yesterday (it's been raining like mad here lately) I just wanted a nap but I hopped on the treadmill and watched t.v. on my kindle. By the time I was done I was starting to feel better. I'm coming out of my ugh mood. I do MUCH better on the treadmill if I'm watching something, better than just music. And since it's still raining I'll be doing it again today.

I was supposed to pick up a kayak today but the person who was suppose to give it to me didn't show up yet (dropping it at my mom's, closer for him) I really want a tandem kayak and this one is free. I just need to buy 2 seats for it. I already have extra paddles and I had put a hitch on my Santa Fe and have a trailer for them. It will be nice to for everyone to go out at once instead of taking turns. :) The seats I can order at cost or go on craigslist for. I just want to find the right ones for this kayak.
We were supposed to kayak today also. But because of the rain no kayaking. I need to get out soon so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for next Friday to be a nice day. That's my next chance to go out.

Summer is almost over and my son goes back to school in 24 days. I'm the weird mom who doesn't want school to start again so soon. I like spending time with my son over the summer. Plus we didn't get to do as much I would like to this summer yet. The weather has not been cooperating. He is going to my in-laws for a week so even less time with him. :( He'll have fun though. Hopefully Busch Gardens and kayaking when he gets back.

I did lose 3 lbs this week. That was much better than I thought. TOM usually screws me up.
