Did 3.5 kms walking today and took 46 mins for it.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week

@ HCB - running is going on. try to sneak in a run whenever i get time. need to be consistent. now
