I don't know what the current philosophy is about frequency of weighing ones self.
I plan to get on the scale every morning and report it here.
I need to start getting physical again. My goal should be to sweat every day and to start to fix my eating habits. We will see what happens.
On my own again, trying to motivate myself. We shall see if I can get the support of my friend, but I know I can do it myself.
It's going to take some adjusting, some getting used to this whole thing all over again. Counting calories. Weighing food. It's the way I am going to do it at least to start.
Blessed Be

I weigh myself everyday but I don't get hung up on the ups and downs.

That's what I do. Don't be surprised if your weight varies from day to day. It's all about the trend.

I do once a day, sometimes more than one. But "officially" record it once a week.

I weigh myself multiple times a day LOL But that's not psychologically healthy.

I started weighing myself 4 times a week Id say about 2 months ago, right before my work out, same time, same clothes and it has helped me a lot! Its motivated me . Yes it fluctuates up and down by 2lbs or so as your losing the weight but as long as its going down its all good. Weighing myself actually helps me really monitor what I am doing right or wrong, if I don't budge for 3 days or so.. I cut out the cheese or avocado or wine for a few days or I make my work out a teeny more intense and the scale starts to budge ! Im all for daily weigh ins!
