If you balance your carbs with protein you might be ok. I record everything that goes into my mouth here . Unfortunately I am still not losing weight. I can not figure it out calories in calories out. I am eating less than 900 cal. a day and burning over 1700 every other day I go to the gym and burn 1970

I also love carbs if I did what I really wanted too that's all I would eat, so your not alone. This is a good place to try to break the habit.

( Hand raised) Carboholic here too. But feel 100% at my best when I don't eat them, I follow the #NSNG rule to the best of my ability . No Sugar No Grains will change your life !!

hi just started today. I am a chronic yo-yo dieter. I must have gained and lost 2 people over my life. i am at the heaviest i have ever been now and really depressed. My ankles and feet swell, i can't walk for any distance or stand for very long and i have a 2 mth old grandson that i want to take places and i need to get into shape not only for me but for him. So i am commited to stay on this diet to lose weight, the problem being i am a vegetarian and atkings is all about the protein, which i do get from other sources altho it does make it more difficult to follow. Well i like the journal option in here and i'm going to use it and i welcome any tips you have for me especially if you are a veggie like me trying to lose weight on atkins. Big disappointment today....just found out sweet onions, which i LOVE are high in carbs, who would have known?! Going to try and post on here every day.
