ugh....ive gained 5 pounds recently..not a good time to do that either cause im going on vacation to Myrtle Beach in 2 weeks!! I'm going to be a fat beach whale out there...so sad. I have to start being strict again if im ever going to get down below 200 pounds. Ive been eating way too much pizza lately...im gonna stop eating pizza for a while...i think that will help me out a lot. I just need more motivation in my life right now.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it Ashley! Every day is a new day. It's always discouraging to gain weight when you're trying to lose, but don't get down on yourself. And I'm more than happy to throw some encouragement your way :)
