About to quit for the day! Arms and upper body have gotten a good workout. Not hungry, made some popcorn, gave me a stomach ache. I should know better and just keep it for the grandkids.

Arms are tired from working on the walls. Giving up on the unknown crumbly substance, most of it is finally gone. Letting it dry overnight and it's getting the power tool treatment tomorrow--sander should do the trick to get the stubborn parts off and it nice and smooth to paint. That stuff has put me behind today.

The rest of it is ready for a final quick scrub with soap and hot water to get any remaining residue off, the woodwork washed at the same time. Then time for ceiling paint, and Kilz primer.

Not amazing, just doing things I want to do. It's nice that I'm not hurting all the time any longer. Losing weight and exercise has changed my life so much.

Good for you by acknowledging that this diet has changed your life, and for the good, right? Popcorn helps me full, But, I am not sure if it helps my die? :)~Ann

POpcorn always smells so good and its crunchy with not many calories, I should never eat it as it does not like me. Definitely my life has changed for the good. I used to hurt daily, had trouble walking, limped constantly from knee pain. My cane now hangs on my bathroom shower rod as a daily reminder of the "old days". I can do so much more and am so much more positive about life. I'm finally accomplishing things on my house I wanted to have done within 2 years of buying my house in 2009 and can do more things with my grandchildren.

I loveeee popcorn but If I over eat it..which is easy to do I get so sick from it. good job on the workouts!
