I wonder if I'll ever be comfortable at any weight. I started out at 217 and I'm now 153, but I still feel I should hide my tummy/ rollage. Will I ever feel comfortable in my own skin? Do I have to do extreme exercises to stay happy and toned? I'm kind of down about my weight this past few weeks.. even if I'm happy to have been able to keep my weight off for so long.

Shareb, my trainer recommends weights for toning. Hit the gym and get some advisement on that becuase I understand lifting can really help with strength and definition and you will NOT bulk up like He-Man :) Good luck!

I agree heavy weights is the way to go!

I wonder if it was the fact I stopped exercising.. can't run on a treadmill when your one year old wants to run with you. I'll definitely see if it makes a difference.

Continuing the exercise is 50% (food being the other). Yes, even some 5-7 lbs weights to start off could help. Get your little one some baby-bells -- no weight at all...just soft or rubber toys, but he/she'll have the fun of being like mom when you can't take a break from your little one! I started with 15 oz canned vegetables (lol)! That's about a pound in each hand until I could research and buy real dumbbells and find the right weight I needed.
