1 too many glasses of wine today, which I will probably pay for come weigh in, but I am still well within my RDI, and I don't do it that often :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 March 2015:
1225 kcal Fat: 24.30g | Prot: 62.45g | Carb: 119.35g.   Breakfast: Harraways Honey and Golden Syrup Oat Singles - without Milk, Homebrand Trim Milk, Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Meadow Fresh Berry Bliss Lite Yoghurt, Cantaloupe (Rockmelon), Gala Apples. Dinner: HP Sauce, Toasted Multigrain Bread, Country Soft Table Spread, Minced Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Grilled). Snacks/Other: White Table Wine. more...

I am sure you will have success, I always think wine will bump me up but I dont think if you fit it in your plan it should have any adverse effect with your weight loss sucess. Your weight graph is awesome - you are smoking it!

Thanks. I am trying to lose as much weight as I can, in a healthy way, because I know that at some point the losing will slow down

Yep mine did before christmas, it was so disillusioning and I seemed to stall for two months before my body finally let go. So now that I know it can happen I know keeping keeping on gets you through the other side of that!!
