I just did a fat fast to get over a major plateau. I went from 148 to 146 which I will probably gain back once I go back to induction. I have been stuck for a year. I don't get it. I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week, 1200 calories a day, low carb. I tried to doing a cheat day and it took me 4 days to get back to where I was....
146.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's what happens with low carb and cheat days. Protein pushes water out of our cells and carbs take it in, so it looks like a big gain after eating carbs. But a lot of it is water. Maybe try switching up things a bit. You might try zig zagging your calories high and low days to see if that might help jump start your metabolism. Switch up foods. Make sure you are getting in good fats. They can help us lose. Switch up your exercise. Add some intensity or duration, etc.

I would recommend you don't set up too large of deficit in your diet. Also you can try a different diet plan for a time and then go back to induction to try to shake some weight loose. Also you may actually want to reduce the intensity of your workouts as you could be over-training your body.

Thank you for your suggestions and comments. I will give all a try as I am desperate! I have lost 54 lbs but the first 45lbs were in the first 8 months. All on Atkins diet. I have kept it off but been unable to move forward since. I still have 35lbs to go.
