It has been 2 weeks since I've been back and have lost 6 pounds. Am sure that is the last of the easy weight. So today I am adding 16:8 Intermittent Fasting to my eating plan - just to keep the scale moving in the right direction.

Mom - Thanks again. Most days it is no big deal for me to stick to the 10 AM to 6 PM schedule. But that will change this spring when I'm back to working overtime. Will deal with it then.

What is this 16:8 fast your speak about?
27 Jan 15 by member: MmeB
MmeB - it is just eating all your calories in a 8 hour window (and fasting for 16). When I did it before it pulled me out of a stall.

dboza - great to hear from you again! It has been a long winter. And I still have not made those cheese noodles. Have you?

Northernmusician - Oh I do remember those days (living on the Canadian Border)! Don't know what I'd do if I ever had to go back.

Ok, fill me in on cheese noodles... we are having a nice but short break from the cold and it feels good.

Wholefoodnut - it is a gluten free noodle consisting of low fat mozzarella cheese and egg yolk. If you want I'll find that link and send you the recipe.
