I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Mine was good. I don't enjoy getting gifts (I enjoy giving but am kind of broke) or anything but I love hanging out with my family. So it was nice all around yesterday. I didn't do great on my eating but I didn't do overly bad either. Today, I was debating on fasting but I think I should make myself eat. My guts are rather sensitive (I blame the sugar...because chocolate cheesecake is AMAZING >_>) so maybe it will help. I dunno.

My weigh in this morning wasn't too bad which is good but I just really need to get my eating back under control so I can lose this fat. I want to really try and get my body fat down to a reasonable number and then focus on trying to tone up. Anyhow, today is going to be a bit busy as well since my oldest sister is coming down to visit even if it is a quick one so there is that, and then I need to take Kaitlin (my oldest) to the store so she can get a game that she really wants for her new 2DS (my gift to her). Might be nice just going out and enjoying her company just me and her if that is how the cards fall. I guess it will depend on what time my Oldest sis comes in.

Anyhow, gotta run and get this day going instead of puttering around.
