Do NOT like this upward trend! I had 4 days with out a scale which I feel necessary to keep myself within a certain weight range. We were out of town and our eating was different, plus I had a high stress level. Not making excuses but even the smallest thing throws my weight direction into an up shot. Well, back home now and will make needed adjustments. Stay true all.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

I think that's the case for most of us. It's so easy to put it back on. Plus travel and salt in food we out will contribute to gains. Just get back to it till your back at goal weight. Losing is only half the battle.
