Not eating bread since March 2014, I no longer have lumps at the base of my thumb, forefinger, index finger and ring finger, especially pronounced on the left hand. i do not have pain in my hip that keeps me from sleeping, and only slight pain in my left arm from an earlier strain. Tough as it is to do without luscious fresh hot bread and butter, not only do I no longer have so much pain, but I also have lost despite eating chocolate, avocados, and butter on veggies. Now to settle down and count calories. (I have noted that "gluten free" breads seem to cause some bloating and discomfort too. Maybe it's the blast of empty carbs.) Same effect from tapioca bread, it seems.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
