Oh except that I hate myself for gaining 5 pounds in one week and yet I still continue to stuff my fat face with garbage, in excess. I'll probably be another pound heavier tomorrow, and probably over 185 by next week 'cause I'm SO SICK of salads & boiled eggs & chicken & broccoli & yogurt every damn day. My white 'uniform shorts' are no doubt too tight. And no, I'm not PMS'ing or bloated. I just wish I could damn maintain 180 without having to try so damn hard.
My gut screams 'GET CONTROL OF THIS, KRISTY, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE" but my head says "F-it, I'm so tired of struggling".
182.0 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe it's a KY thing lol. I live in KY too. We all have days, weeks or even longer like this. I had given up and gained from 150 to 205 until I had enough. I don't know what diet you're doing. But counting calories you do not have to eat salads, eggs chicken etc every day. I'm having baked tostitos and salsa, popsicle fudge bars, 90 calorie fiber one bars etc. things like that and I just keep my calories low. It works. It really does and so much easier than eating the same thing everyday. I've tried low carb several times, get so sick of the same food so I give up every time. There is huge variety of foods and desserts to eat if you watch the calories. Good luck, don't get too down. Just start over. :)

I know where you are coming from. I feel the same way and my gut tells me the same thing...I hear, "Hey fat a$$ these pants are no longer lose. Pull it in. Get it together." My head says, "One mnt dew code red...treat yourself. Just this one time." It turns into one everyday. We have to take one day...one minute....one second at a time and know it's ok to slip and fall as long as we get back up. Try and spice up your meals. Have a low card wrap or a health smoothie. Mix it up. We can do this.
