Bored with Atkins too structured to buying their products...I can do a high protein,low carb diet alone..I like to track my own meals.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like this site a lot, just found you guys. Nice to see they cross reference my Atkins progress right here and i can do the diet without all their expensive product advertisement popping up every screen I go into...Lost 5 pounds in 4 days..I am really strict on myself...should be about 160 and today 195...wish me luck...here we go! EAS has a great Atkins copy-cat drink out..cheaper and less calories, alittle higher protein too...SAM's and Cosco has them by the case...Today I go to get some...

Premier Protein 30gm protein drink in Starwberry Crème, chocolate and Vanilla..Delivers more protein and 2 carbs...fills you up, and cheap enough at 23 bucks for 18 at Cosco..no diet taste..Kind of reminds you of a milkshake...can be used as meal replacement too..160 calories, freezes well and I think the best for a liquid diet for a few days...working for me with a slow metabolism cause of age..

Visit dietdoctor.com/lchf its similar to Atkins but uses real food.
