Crazy busy but sticking to the plan so I give myself a gold star. Began the week here in MD with car covered in ice on Monday - 70 degrees on Wednesday - now it's 25 degrees and dusting of snow. But no, there's nothing wrong with the Earth's weather patterns at all! Going to try a no carb microwave bread recipe tomorrow - sounds weird but I watched the Youtube video and it's easy so will try it. Flaxseed meal and Carbquik - so much fiber there's no net carbs. will let you know how it tastes!

I thought I had flaxseed meal in my cupboard, but turns out it was regular flaxseed WITH BLUEBERRIES - so carb count too high and not right ingredient. Went to MOM's organic store and couldn't find it so am going to go to Whole Foods on my way home from work on Tuesday. Am wanting to try it as if it's good, will be a great way to up my fiber AND do away with the low carb tortillas. If anyone wants to try it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoqztmLhxaY
