Day 5. I was doing decently until I got to work and my FAVORITE cupcakes were made specifically for my team. Not kidding - I live for these cupcakes! This is soooo hard. By far the hardest temptation this week. I've already started telling myself it's ok to cheat - if not with cupcakes then with dinner. These cupcakes are ruining my life! HELP!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 February 2013:
1254 kcal Fat: 83.16g | Prot: 96.97g | Carb: 27.14g.   Breakfast: Cooked Broccoli, Coffee, Butter , Scrambled Egg, Lemon Vinaigrette. Lunch: tuna, apple cider vinegar, green leaf lettuce, delallo olives, olive oil, celery. Dinner: Black Olives, Ground Beef, Organic Fancy Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese (Sharp Cheddar, Mild Colby, Monterey Jack), Organic Spring Mix, Spicy Taco Seasoning. Snacks/Other: 2% Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Petite Snack Crunchers Kosher Dills, Ground Beef, Whipped Cream Cheese Spread. more...

Here's an idea that works for me. Take one or two of the cupcakes and freeze them. Then set a goal for yourself and when you reach your goal unfreeze one cupcake as your reward/treat. Just make sure your goal is both attainable and a little ways down the road.

OH MY GOD!! That's the best idea ever!!! I don't know if I'm strong enough yet to even touch them or take them home. However, these cupcakes are no stranger to my work place. Maybe when I'm not so vulnerable I can give that a try. That within itself is exciting. Thank you so much!!!

Hey you can have THE favorite cupcakes whenever! It doesn't have to be this very minute. They make more, it is not the last of them. I hope that helps. I tell myself that and it helps with the now or never attitude!
