Well, I crushed my 100,000 step challenge with over 115,000 steps in 7 days.
While getting my steps, I averaged 14700 steps per day and covered 53 1/2 miles. Still, only lost 2 lbs. Tomorrow, I think I shall invoke a day of rest.
