Draglist's Journal, 17 August 2018

Late entry (16 August 2018 Dinner): Came home and Denise had some teacher friends out by the pool. They had whipped up a bunch of brats and dogs and I took advantage!

Yikes! I just realized that I entered all my August 16 food on August 17! Since FS will not allow changing the date on food entries, I have to decide if I'm going to transfer all this stuff or just write my August 17 food into August 16!

UPDATE: I went ahead and copied all the food back to August 16.

That looks tempting. It made me laugh though - Brats=children and dogs ... well dogs. I thought it sounded like a fun but loud party!

Hi draglist, like you I have fought with weight control all my adult life and in the navy lost all of it and more; but after getting out I put it all back on and then some..my goal is to lose 50 lbs. when I started @ the end of July I weighted 255.0 lbs. and now I'm down 6 lbs. as of yesterday (249.0 lbs.) trying to eat no more than 1600 calories a day and no less than a 1,000 calories is working for me. I know that I am going to have to change some eating habits as well to lose even more. Running around helping my wife a school teacher (3rd grade) is a workout in its self. but it helps me too.

(lol) small towns across USA? For example: Athens population 3,768,000 but Washington DC 6,131,977 (you win) and as far as I know Washington DC is not densely populated. Our famous sculptor Kostas Varotsos created installations in Seattle,Orizon 2008,Murano art hotel and Continguous Currents 2003,Palm Beach Gardens,Florida. He found available space there for his creations :-)
