Soooo -

Not logging my food 'cause I'm eating the same thing every freakin' day...

2 hard boiled eggs
half and half for coffee

6 ounces chicken? Maybe less
Aparagus

3-4 ounces pork
veggies with 1/4 cup cheese

and that's it.

I feel the weight coming off again which I'm very very thrilled about...this afternoon my coworker and I were talking about losing 10 lbs by Septemeber 15th and I was like "I'm game! Let's do it!" Then I realized...omg...that would be only 3 lbs to reach ONEderland...omg...so close...please God help me make it this time.

I know this is silly but I set an alarm on my phone for skinny meditation...just envisioning myself thin and making healthy choices...but it ended up turning in to just prayer lol! I pray every day when my alarm goes off for God's strength and for him to please help me believe in myself and to give me the strength and determination to do it this time, and to bless my efforts and to even help my metabolism. I'm going to keep doing this <3

At the time same I want this I'm also nervous...been 220lbs since I was 19 and do not remember anything different.

What will I look like?
What will it be like?
How will my life change?
How will people perceive me?


Who will I be??????????

I've always wondered why I feel like I sabotage myself when I start dropping lower...and I always thought there was this super duper deep reason...but now I'm wondering if it's just plain' old simple fear of the unknown???

I know what you mean. I’ve been a size 14/16 for the vast majority of my life. I can’t imgaine going under my 140 I set as my goal (or even 140 tbh). Not because I don’t want to be less but because it seems so drastic, I can’t imagine myself being small

I found a trick...try 30 carbs am 45 carbs for lunch and dinner and 15 carb snacks up to three times a day. Eat lots of proteins and lots of veggies and drink plenty of water. I lost 50 lbs pregnant on this plan and used portion control. Baby was healthy and 7 lbs 7 oz. I was on the above diet for 22 weeks.

Not trying to hate but looks like you're setting yourself up for failure. Looks like 6-700 calories a day plus diet boredom.

I would suggest cut the pork and try to not hours before your bed time because makes food harder to digest at night!!! Also replace all sugar drinks with water!!! good luck to you & your friend stay motivated :)

Yeah I might get slack here too, (Diablo 👍) but in a spirit of helpfulness I want to say, Sharon pick yourself up by your bootstraps and do this already! Look at where you were and where you are, you’ve already proven the ability given you by God! Praise Him! Do it!

haha...well...I'm not miserable yet with what I'm eating...I'll change it up if I do get bored. I am planning on making low carb lasagna for my meals next week so that should keep me very very happy. Also, I haven't been that hungry until lately so I did add 3 eggs last night. I'm not starving myself at all! Also, I do not consume any sugar at all...only meat and veggies. And I'm just going to keep what I'm doing up because it's working! The only reason why I didn't lose last month was because I pigged out during my dad's visit. Thanks all for the support! <3

that is great you are listening to your body when it is hungry. no sugar or carbs will also be a huge plus. Low carb lasagna sounds awesome!
