I think I found no bake keto cheese cake heaven!!!
you need: cream cheese, softened butter(I used butter spread with canola oil cause I have no patience), sour cream, lemon juice (or true lemon), vanilla extract, sweetener of your choosing (I used erythritol) .....

For one 8oz package of cream cheese The butter and sour cream together have the same volume as the cream cheese so being lazy I pot the ingredients on top til they looked to be 70% sour cream and 30% butter. Then added 1tsp lemon, 1tsp vanilla, and 1tbsp erythritol (I have seen recipes go up to 3 tbsp but I don't like things that sweet) ...mix with a stand mixer til smooth. What your left with is this light fluffy cheese cake mixture that's similar to the Philadelphia cheesecake in the tub at the grocery store.

A few dessert recipes when you have the craving helps so I don't completely jump ship. Although it's funny once I get in keto I don't have the craving for sweets like I did.
