Husband has been begging for homemade butterscotch pie so I made it this afternoon for HIM and of course I Had to sample the pudding several times while I was cooking it. Probably sampled at least 150 to 200 calories worth. I'm totally done with it now. Still stayed under my calorie allowance for the day but too many carbs, oh well, tomorrow's another day and the pie is 100% his now. Next time, He stirs the pudding, I can't be trusted!
