I over did it yesterday over to a friends house, and paying for it today, I will get back on track and get back down.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 191.7 lb.    Still to go: 264.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think we have to remind ourselves that it takes 3500 cals to add a lb. Of course for us Ketoers it can take a couple of days to get back to burning fat. 🙄 You know how to do it and will get back on track - no doubt. 👍❤
